Gomoku AI Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and EZHub ("we", "us") governing your use of Gomoku AI - Five in a Row ("the App") on iOS and Android. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from (the Apple App Store Terms of Service or the Google Play Terms of Service).

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• extract, repackage, or redistribute the App's artwork, audio, engine, or other content;
• use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual property

The App - including its game engine, artwork, characters, sceneries, sounds, and text - is owned by EZHub and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

4. Privacy

The App collects no personal data. See the Gomoku AI Privacy Policy for details.

5. Updates and availability

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. We are not obligated to provide any particular update or to maintain availability of the App on any store. Game progress is stored locally on your device; we cannot restore progress that is lost when a device is lost, reset, or replaced without a device backup.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EZHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, or, if you paid nothing, ten US dollars (USD 10).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

8. App store terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the platform you obtained it from. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Equivalent provisions apply to Google for downloads from Google Play.

9. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
